Paying your bill
Pay online through the patient portal, by phone at (478) 745-6576, or by mail to our Macon office. Our billing team is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM to answer questions or set up arrangements.

Accepted insurance plans
We participate with most major insurance carriers. Plans marked with an asterisk (*) require a referral from your primary care provider. If you don’t see your plan listed, call us — we can usually verify coverage before your visit.

If you’re uninsured or your plan isn’t listed, call our office during business hours. Our billing team will walk through self-pay rates and any available options so you know what to expect before your visit.
